Yes. We know NAR's advertising guidelines and we design your brand so your legal name, license number, and brokerage disclosure can be properly integrated. We'll confirm your brokerage's specific rules during the discovery call — most brokerages have a style guide we'll work with, not against.

Absolutely. We build your personal brand first — your name, your colors, your logo. Brokerage co-branding is a secondary layer. If you switch brokerages, you keep your entire brand identity and we can update the brokerage name in your files for a small fee.

Five full rounds of revisions are included in every package. In practice, the vast majority of our clients are very happy after the first presentation — but the two rounds are there to make sure the final result is exactly right. Additional revisions beyond that are $150/round.

100% — you own everything. We deliver all source files including the original Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files so any designer can modify them in the future. No licenses, no subscriptions, no lock-in. Your brand belongs to you the moment it's delivered.

Sometimes, yes. If your existing logo has good bones but needs modernizing, we can refine it and build the full brand system around it. We'll take a look at what you have during the discovery call and give you an honest assessment. If a full redesign is genuinely the better investment, we'll tell you why.
