The setup fee covers the work of building, configuring, and launching your system — AI training, CRM setup, workflow automation, and testing. This is significant engineering and design work. The monthly retainer covers ongoing management, monitoring, optimization, and support so the system keeps improving and nothing breaks without someone fixing it.

Some services (Social Media Content, Listing Descriptions) are monthly-only with no setup fee. AI automation services require a setup fee because the build work is significant and one-time. We don't amortize the setup into the monthly fee — this keeps your monthly retainer lower and gives us no incentive to drag out the build timeline.

Setup fees are non-refundable once build work has begun — you're paying for the work, not the outcome. However, monthly retainers cancel with 30 days' notice, no questions asked. If something isn't performing, we tell you first and fix it. We've never had a client cancel without first getting a chance to address the issue.

No hidden fees from us. Some services require third-party tools your account — for example, Go High Level CRM ($97/mo), IDX Broker ($55–80/mo), Webflow hosting (~$23/mo), or Twilio usage (~$0.008/SMS). We disclose all of these upfront before you pay anything, and help you set up these accounts yourself.

Yes — most clients start with Foundation or Lead Machine and upgrade over time. When you add services, you pay the setup fee for each new service added. The monthly retainer adjusts to reflect your full current service set. There's no penalty or surcharge for upgrading.

Yes — the bundles already represent savings of $300–$1,200 versus buying the same services individually. The Full Dillenium System receives the deepest custom discount, negotiated on the discovery call based on your specific service combination and volume.
